The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was spacious,...

The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was spacious, comfortable, and the cleaning staff did a good job every day making the beds! Location was really convenient and easy to find, super good value for money! I will definitely choose to stay with this hotel again when I come back to Korea :)

The only down side was that the WiFi connection was really bad. We feedback to the hotel staff, and they offered a change of room, but when we were given a smaller room we went back to the old one instead. So maybe try to improve on ensuring that every room has a good connection, instead of changing rooms you can try providing a router, gets the job done as well.

Just opposite to Myeong-dong streets. Overall was good except the temperature in bathroom.

Feeling cold when in bathroom n after showering because no heating floor inside the bathroom.

The location it’s just so convenient. Easy access to subways. It’s clean and value for money.

Perfect location - a comfortable stay

Great location, across the road from myeondong shopping streets - therefore many restaurants available....at the end of the day we'd stroll around before heading to our hotel. Many convenience stores and cafes around as well. The station is literally a 2min walk which is perfect as well. The hotel has a coin operated laundromat which is always greatly appreciated. Room was large enough, comfortable, and the shower has a separate compartment which is a much welcome "luxury" in Korea.

Really there isn't much to dislike - it was perfect for what we were looking for. Anything minor would have been that they only provide two pillows, and the bed was placed next to the wall, but really, nothing that wouldn't make me not return to this hotel if I ever go to Seoul again. If they served breakfast that would have been a bonus!!!

Hotel location is very near to the shopping area in...

Hotel location is very near to the shopping area in Myeongdong, just across the hotel, under 1 minute walking, you’ll find the shopping places. Also this hotel is very near to Myeongdong Line 4 Metro Station, just about 1 minute walking you’ll find the station entrace (Exit 4). Also many convenience stores are near this hotel. The room is quite large, we bring 4 luggages, 30”, 28”, and two 20” luggages, all are placed conveniently in the room. We do really like the bathroom, it’s a big one, and the shower room is well designed so if you take the shower, the water wouldn’t come out from the shower part to the other area of the bathroom. The LED TV in the room is very big one. The double bed is also very comfortable, we think it’s 160cm. The room is also very very clean. The bedsheet is clean when we enter the room. There’s even a refrigerator. We think, overall this hotel is really a good one. We plan to stay again in Hotel New Oriental if we ever come again to Seoul

Location of hotel.

Location of hotel. The guy and the lady who was at the desk during our check out was much friendlier and approachable than the staffs who we first get into contact at the hotel

The wifi connection was really bad and it just gets worse day after day.

Best location if u love shopping and eating

Location is superb. Myeongdong shopping district is across the street. Underground train station (Myeongdong exit 4) and bus stop is 100m away. Dedicated limousine bus service to airport is just opposite (beside Myeongdong exit 8).

Room had a very long curtain but behind only see a wall. Tiny window on the right corner opens up to see the wall of another building.

Great accommodation at Myeong-dong area

Good location. Very near to subway station and Myeong-dong shopping street. You don't have to go uphill to reach the hotel as it is near main road. Room was comfortable and spacious enough for three of us. Plus point, it has carpeted floor. You won't feel cold during winter season. Housekeeping were done daily. Totally recommended.

Excellent location, 2-3 mins walk from exit 4 of Myeongdong...

Excellent location, 2-3 mins walk from exit 4 of Myeongdong station. Easily reached from Incheon airport by airport bus 6015 , 1hr 45 mins. Family Room was enough for 4 adults though it was a bit challenging for space for 3 luggages. Toilet size is good with separate shower area. Have a coined laundry service on level 8. 2000won for washing and 2000won for drying and 1000won for washing powder. Good for travelers who need to do washing of clothes.

Only provide 1 room card. Extra card will be chargeable.
